Habitat will abide by all federal, state, and local procurement guidelines set forth. Applicable city, state, and federal regulations such as but not limited to Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246, may be required. Awardees of bids must agree to comply with all applicable grant requirements. Cumberland County Habitat for Humanity accepts bids on an ongoing basis.
