Congratulations to Richard Haug on being named Cumberland County Habitat for Humanity’s October Volunteer of the Month! Richard moved to Tennessee in 2020 from Santa Barbra California. In his spare time, he enjoys helping out on the Real McCoy Farm and plans to join the Cumberland County Woodturners.  Currently, Richard volunteers about four days a week on the construction site assisting in a multitude of projects necessary to the completion of the home build. When asked why he likes volunteering with CCHFH Richard said, “It’s my way of giving young families a home. It gives me joy to build, something I’ve always loved doing. And working with a great group of guys.”
